In the exterior area of the villa, we can distinguish, first of all, a broad zone with a ground built up with different white stones from the beach, more than 100 years old; and, at the end, a fountain. Before this area there is a big terrace with a palm tree.

The garden, under the house and very closed to it, is a broad area where it is possible to enjoy sun, to read or to perform any other activity. Beside the house, there is a swimming pool 4x8 m. long, where you may take a bath during warm days of August, though you can also enjoy it in May and September. The pool has an inner lightening, to be able to enjoy bathing at night.

Since the level of the pool can always contemplate, in the distance, the sea, the coast and the many hotels and tourist homes, and of course, particularly night vision lights on the coast, resulting from the cosmopolitan coastal life.

Close to the swimming pool lies the olive tree, more than 300 years old, still giving up fruits.

The field, in a lower level than the house and the pool, has some trees, like lemon trees, an orange tree, pomegranates and fig trees. The zone is separated by a fence, so that one dog living in the area may not get into the field.
This dog is not dangerous. You can get into her place with no problem at all, but without letting her get into the field. It is not allowed to bring other dogs to the house.

We must remark the fig trees, with its exquisite fruits and its high nutritional value. Fruits come out in summer, and its so highly appreciated flavour can be collected and tried in July
