“Lo Antonio Coronao” house (as it was known time ago) is placed in “La Viñuela” estate, now almost totally urbanized, being the oldest house in the area.

The fact of being inside a urbanization does not take away the charm of the house and its space, as it has almost 1400 m2 of field and garden. There remains the sensation of being in touch with nature and field.

The house is to be found in one of the most charming places in “Costa del Sol”. In the heart of Benalmadena, under Benalmadena village, it possesses the best sights of the town. To the south, we can see “Arroyo de la Mie” and part of the mountains. The nearest beach is no longer than 5 minutes away.

To the south, we can see Benalmadena Coast with its multiple resorts. We can also see a green area, Torrequebrada Golf.
